    2025 Annual General Meeting Notice

    The Annual General Meeting for 3DAAA will be held on Saturday 7th June 2025.  The meeting will be held at the Norther Rivers Field Archers Club Grounds at 4.30pm. 

    The 3DAAA Association welcomes and encourages all its members to come and be part of this event.

    This is an alcohol-free function; no alcohol is to be consumed during the meeting.

    The 2025 IBO World Championships will be held at the Cacapon Resort State Park from August 7th – 10th. For 3DAAA members who would like to register their expressions of interest, please complete this form so a representative can contact you to provide you with more information.

    Please note: This is not a complaint form. The information on this form will go to the National Liaison Officer so that they can present your positive ideas/proposals to the committee. This form also ensures your information is kept on record and able to be retrieved by the committee for future reference.

          Target Hire

          Number of targets hired
          ie 1 range or 2 two ranges (both days)
          Number of Targets Hired from 3DAAA. Calculation of target hire costs: Target hire is calculated at the rate per shooter per times the target was used. e.g. if 10 targets were hired and they were used on Saturday and Sunday (twice) and there were 100 people at the shoot (excluding cubs) then the cost is calculated as: 10 x 2 x 100 x $0.30 = $600. It equates to $3/shooter/10 target round. Whilst this may seem high, the club does not have the replacement cost of the targets to pay from its shoot profits.
