    2025 Annual General Meeting Notice

    The Annual General Meeting for 3DAAA will be held on Saturday 7th June 2025.  The meeting will be held at the Norther Rivers Field Archers Club Grounds at 4.30pm. 

    The 3DAAA Association welcomes and encourages all its members to come and be part of this event.

    This is an alcohol-free function; no alcohol is to be consumed during the meeting.

    Elected Committee Positions to be declared vacant at the meeting are:

    OFFICE BEARERS:

    • PRESIDENT – 2 Year Rotation
    • SECRETARY – 2 Year Rotation

    ORDINARY MEMBERS:

    • TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR – 2 Year Rotation
    • MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY – 2 Year Rotation

    All nominations for positions are to be received by the secretary no later than 5.00pm, Saturday 31st May 2025.  Please email your form to secretary@3daaa.com.au.

    Two endorsement signatures (from current 3DAAA members) are required to support the nomination.

    The 2025 IBO World Championships will be held at the Cacapon Resort State Park from August 7th – 10th. For 3DAAA members who would like to register their expressions of interest, please complete this form so a representative can contact you to provide you with more information.
